Two Ships Beached in Sharjah

The fate of these two vessels, a cargo and oil tanker, remain unknown as remain trapped side by side in the beach near Coral Beach Hotel in Sharjah. I think the boats were carried by the big waves last year to the shoreline and since then nobody cares to remove them. 

Whenever I go to Ajman, I remember the Greek Ship that was also beached in Kish Island that became a tourist attraction. These two ships could also draw tourist to the beach. Last time I saw a kindergarten school bus having a field trip there. I also noticed a police outpost and a police car. I assume this is to prevent "magbabakal" from preying on the beached ships.
